Wayne Embree

Wayne Embree has over three decades of experience in various roles within the business and investment sectors. Wayne currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Investments & Venture Acceleration at Rev1 Ventures, where they assist entrepreneurs in building competitive businesses and connecting them with the right people and resources. Additionally, Wayne is a Board Member at Simple-Fill, a company that offers innovative technology for fueling vehicles with compressed natural gas.

Wayne's career began in 1984 as a Policy Analyst for the Oregon Legislative Assembly, followed by positions in the United States Air Force as a Tactical Operations Officer. Wayne then held roles in the Oregon Resource and Technology Development Fund and Cascadia Partners, where they co-founded the latter and merged it with Oregon Life Science Partners. In 2010, Wayne became the VP of Entrepreneur Services for i2E, Inc., before joining Rev1 Ventures in 2012. Wayne Embree's extensive experience and passion for working with entrepreneurs make him a valuable asset in the business and investment fields.

Wayne Embree earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Urban Planning from the University of Oregon from 1981 to 1983. Prior to that, from 1971 to 1975, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Natural Sciences from Western Oregon University.
