Kyle Taylor is the Senior Director of Employee Experience at Revature. Kyle has over ten years of experience in management and consulting, with a focus on employee engagement and digital transformation.
Kyle began their career as an Exhibitions Manager at Oxford University Press, where they managed a team of exhibition staff and oversaw the production of exhibitions and events. In this role, they developed strong project management and interpersonal skills.
In 2008, Kyle transitioned to Techniques Hawaii, a small family-run business, where they took on the role of General Manager. In this role, they were responsible for the overall management of the company, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations. Kyle successfully increased sales by 20% during their tenure.
In 2012, Kyle left Techniques Hawaii to pursue a career in management consulting. Kyle first joined DHL Consulting, where they worked on strategic projects for various divisions of Deutsche Post DHL. Kyle then moved to Oliver Wyman, where they consulted on a confidential internal global marketing plan.
In 2014, Kyle joined DHL Express as the Director of Employee Engagement for Americas. In this role, they led global and regional employee engagement programs to motivate and recognize employees throughout North, Central, and South America.
Kyle has been with Revature since 2019. In their current role as Senior Director of Employee Experience, they are responsible for leading Revature’s employee experience strategy and initiatives.
Kyle Taylor earned their MBA from Mannheim Business School and their Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they majored in advertising and marketing.
Kyle Taylor reports to Ashwin Bharath, CEO. and Adrian Nesbeth - Director, Employee Experience reports to Kyle Taylor. Kyle Taylor works with Elsa Burns - SVP, Recruitment & Workforce Partnerships, Arjun Ganesan - CFO, and Jim Chitwood - Director, Workforce Partnerships.
