Jeanne also worked as the Senior Director of Global Customer Advocacy and Quality at Motorola Solutions, where they focused on analyzing customer feedback and driving customer centricity. Prior to that, they held roles in services product management and marketing at Motorola Mobility. With their expertise in customer success and advocacy, they have effectively contributed to the growth and success of various organizations.
Jeanne Weiss MS, CEM(2) has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Marketing from DePaul Driehaus College of Business. Before pursuing their MBA, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a major in Economics/Marketing from Illinois State University.
