Daniel Butenko

Daniel Butenko has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support and customer solutions. Daniel has worked as a Technical Support Specialist L1 at Revenue Grid since 2022. Prior to that, they were a Technical Support Engineer at ABBYY from 2020 to 2021. In this role, they developed a document workflow platform, collaborated with product managers, and provided support and troubleshooting. Before ABBYY, Daniel worked as a Wix Video Expert and Customer Solutions Expert at Wix.com from 2019 to 2020, where they provided diagnostics and resolution for various web-based tools and software. Daniel also has experience as a Product Support Supervisor/Representative at SupportYourApp from 2017 to 2019, and as a Software Support Consultant/Sales Representative at Zoom Support in 2016. Daniel began their career as a System Analyst and Junior IT Analyst at HCL Technologies from 2014 to 2016, providing hardware, software, and network support.

Daniel Butenko started their education in 2008 at the Educational Center "GRAND" where they completed computer courses in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. Daniel then attended Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University from 2012 to 2015, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Law, Administration, International Relations, and International Tourism. In 2020, Daniel took a 3D Modeling Basic Course at ArtCraft Education. Currently, they are enrolled in IT STEP Computer Academy (@itstep.bg) pursuing a degree in 3D Visualization and Interior Creation using 3DS Max.
