Konstantin Vaganov has over 15 years of experience in the technology industry. Konstantin began their career in 2003 as the Owner and CEO of Afortio, Ltd. In 2008, they moved to EPAM Systems as a Senior Software Engineering Manager. In 2009, they took on the role of Solution Architect at InvisibleCRM. Finally, in 2011, they became the CTO at Revenue Grid, a Salesforce-native customer engagement platform. At Revenue Grid, they were responsible for the full sales cycle from getting the first touch to closing and up-selling, as well as the 3 modules: Revenue Engage, Revenue Inbox, and Revenue Guide.

Konstantin Vaganov obtained a Master's degree in IT from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'\u200b between 1992 and 1997.
