Laura Fendrich Datzman, PHR, is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) with extensive experience in recruitment and staffing. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition & DEI at Reverb, overseeing full-cycle recruiting and various strategic initiatives, Laura is on parental leave until January 2025. Previously, Laura held roles such as Senior Manager and Manager in recruitment at Reverb and 1871, where significant contributions included launching key programs for startup support and mentoring. Laura's background also includes technical recruiting at Hirewell and Fahrenheit IT, along with early experience in accounting at Lillibridge Health Care Services. An alumnus of Miami University with a BA in International Studies and a minor in Political Science, and the Universidad de Sevilla, Laura brings both educational and professional expertise to the recruitment landscape.
