Leslie Broady has a diverse work experience in human resources, spanning over several companies and roles. Leslie began their career at American Commercial Lines in 1989, working as a Safety and Marine personnel assistant until 2003. Following this, they joined The Carriage House Companies, Inc as an Employee Relations Manager, emphasizing a high-performance culture, for three years. In 2006, Leslie joined McDonald's USA as a Human Resource Consultant, where they supported leadership in implementing people strategies and programs for profit centers. Leslie later transitioned to McDonald's Corporation in 2014, serving as a Human Resources Manager responsible for shaping business strategy and managing HR functions for 125 company locations. In 2018, Leslie became the Regional HR Manager at CGB Enterprises, Inc, before eventually assuming the role of Human Resources Manager at Revere Plastics Systems, LLC in 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Director at Revere Plastics Systems, LLC.
