Tony DiNota has an extensive professional background in finance, business development, and legal counsel. With experience at companies such as Reverence Capital Partners, VARADERO CAPITAL, L.P., and Citigroup, Tony has held various senior positions in the financial sector. DiNota's educational background includes a BS in Finance from Boston College and a JD from New York Law School.

The firm was founded in 2013, by Milton Berlinski, Peter Aberg and Alex Chulack, after distinguished careers advising and investing in a broad array of financial services businesses.
