Kathleen DeShields serves as Global SVP of Human Resources for ReversingLabs, leading all aspects of employee lifecycle and strategic people initiatives. With a passion for attracting and retaining stellar talent while building and maintaining a strong culture, Kathleen brings to the company more than 25 years of progressive experience leading all aspects of human resource management, ranging from small startups in the software industry to large global corporations. Prior to joining Reversing Labs, Kathleen led organizations through rapid growth as VP of Human Resources at Threat Stack, an F5 company, VP of Human Resources at Continuum Managed Services (acquired by ConnectWise), and Chief People Officer at SmartBear. She holds a B.S in Education and Psychology from the University of Western Connecticut.
