Sean Cunningham has spent over 25 years in the high-tech industry. Sean joined ForgePoint Capital in 2015 as Managing Director to help build out the investment team and raise Fund I. Prior to ForgePoint Capital, Cunningham led Cybersecurity investments for fifteen years at Intel Capital. While at Intel Capital, Cunningham invested in 18 Cybersecurity companies with 13 successful exits. At ForgePoint Capital, he has led the investment rounds and on the Board of Directors for ID Experts, Reversing Labs, Appthority (acquired by Symantec October 2018), Prevoty (Prevoty acquired by Imperva August 2018) and Anitian. Cunningham holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and an MBA from Gonzaga University.
