Known for his ability to drill down to the root of a problem, Doug is passionate about putting innovation to work. He is committed to delivering products and services that have a superior customer experience.

Prior to joining RevGen Partners, Doug worked with Accenture and IBB Consulting Group on strategy and operational readiness deployments. He also spent over 20 years in various leadership positions at a national telecom provider and other telecom industry suppliers.

Doug enjoys spending time with his family, coaching youth sports, volunteering on the board of his local swim and tennis club, and playing golf when the weather is nice.
