Dana Medema

Dana Medema is Revlon's President, North America. She is responsible for the sales, marketing, and operations related to Revlon’s US and Canada businesses.

Ms. Medema has over 20 years of global Fast-Moving Consumer Goods experience leading businesses for Clorox, Colgate-Palmolive and Philips across both North America and Europe. During her career, she has built a reputation for business turnarounds grounded in brand building, operational excellence, innovation acceleration and talent development.

Most recently, Ms. Medema served as Senior Vice President and Head of Personal Health - North America at Philips. Joining in 2022, she led the company's largest Personal Health region, overseeing end-to-end business performance across the U.S. and Canada, including sales, marketing, finance and supply chain.

Prior to joining Philips, Ms. Medema held several key executive roles during her nearly 20-year career at the Colgate-Palmolive Company. Her experience spans roles leading global, regional and local teams across several business units and countries, including Switzerland and Germany.

Ms. Medema earned an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Washington.
