Jennifer (Lee) Yanavage is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the cosmetics industry. Since September 2017, Jennifer has served as the Senior Director of Finance at Revlon Inc., overseeing financial operations for the Global Elizabeth Arden segment and the US Market Luxury business unit. Prior to this role, Jennifer held leadership positions at Elizabeth Arden, including Director of Global Brand Finance, and at La Prairie Group as Senior Finance Manager for Marketing. Jennifer's background also includes financial analysis roles at Avon, BJ's Wholesale Club, and ATLANTIC-ACM, along with a foundational position at Forrester Research as a Research Associate. Jennifer possesses an MBA in Finance and Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College.
