Tiffany Phillips has had a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tiffany began their career at Walgreens in 2001, where they worked as a Retail Manager until 2003. Tiffany then joined Starbucks as a License Concept: Multi - Unit Manager for a year. In 2004, they joined NBCUniversal, Inc. as a Retail Operations Manager for a year. Since 2005, Tiffany has been working at Revman International. Tiffany started as a Sr. Retail Planning Manager and held this position until 2017. Tiffany then became the Sr. Manager of Web Operations and Planning for a year before being promoted to the role of Director of Content Management in May 2018.

Tiffany Phillips attended Tuskegee University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
