Michael Brown

Michael Brown is a seasoned music industry professional with extensive experience in A&R, project management, and talent relations. Currently serving as Co-Head of A&R at 440 Artists, powered by REVOLT, Michael is focused on scouting and nurturing independent artists while developing strategic partnerships to enhance the company’s market presence. Previously, Michael held key roles at REVOLT, Combs Global, and Twelve x Eleven Entertainment, where notable achievements included leading social campaigns that increased consumer engagement and spearheading marketing efforts that resulted in Grammy nominations. Michael's career also features experience as CEO of XXIV Management and Taction LA LLC, where talent management and social media campaign strategies were successfully implemented. Educationally, Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Business and Music Theory from Musicians Institute and an Associate's degree in Communication from California State University-Dominguez Hills.
