Carlos Selonke is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leading IT operations and strategy across multiple financial institutions. Currently serving as Chief Information Officer at Revolut UK since September 2021, Carlos previously held CIO positions at Santander UK and Santander US, where responsibilities included corporate services and enterprise architecture. Prior roles include CIO at Santander Bank, N.A., Director of IT Operations and Delivery at Produban, and Senior IT Manager at Itaú BBA. Carlos began a career in technology as a Database Coordinator at Banco Santos and a Consultant at ITG Inf Tec Ger Ltda. Carlos holds an MBA in Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Production Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.
