Partner, Rise of the Rest Real Estate Initiative at Revolution

Tom Danilek is a Partner on Rise of the Rest’s Real Estate Initiative. From 1989 to 2017, Tom was a Senior Managing Director at Hines, where he sourced and executed Hines’ investment activities in the Midwest and Southeast U.S., as well as Canada. In this role, Tom invested in more than 15 million square feet of commercial real estate representing over $3 billion in gross value. Tom has extensive experience in architecture, leasing, marketing, asset management, operations, finance, and capital raising.

Tom received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan in 1985. He earned his Master of Business Administration, Finance, from Columbia University in 1989. He is based in Chicago.
