Tommy Garry is a seasoned professional in customer success and operations, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success and Operations at Freight Farms since January 2021, where a customer success strategy was launched that included onboarding and education for over 700 farms globally. Previously, Tommy held roles at LogMeIn, culminating as Team Lead - CES Corporate Account Manager, effectively managing client relationships and leading a team. Additional experience includes being a member of the RevOps Co-op and diverse positions such as instructor and business owner. Tommy holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Bowdoin College and a Certificate in Advanced Management from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, alongside other prestigious educational experiences.
