Jennifer Yusan Changifer

Jennifer Yusan Changifer is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and client relationship management. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at RevoU since January 2022, Jennifer previously held multiple roles at Glints from December 2018 to December 2021, including Team Representative and Senior Consultant. In these positions, Jennifer successfully acquired new clients, maintained relationships, and managed a team of consultants to achieve high performance metrics. Jennifer began their academic journey at SMA Santa Ursula Jakarta, followed by a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Institut Teknologi Bandung, and an exchange program in Business Management at the University of Groningen.
