Phil Geens

Phil Geens, CISM, currently serves as the Head of Information Security at Kingsley Napley since July 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing the Information Security function, managing ISO certifications, and leading risk assessment programs. Previously, Phil held the position of Head of Information Security at Instem from July 2017 to July 2022, directing IT and security teams and enhancing staff awareness. Phil's experience also includes serving as Quality, Security & Compliance Manager at Samarind Ltd, where certification and compliance were achieved within six months, and as Senior Scientist in Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs at RSR Ltd, focusing on quality management systems and regulatory compliance. Phil began their career at RSR Ltd as a Senior Scientist, specializing in assay development and quality control in accordance with ISO 9001 standards. Phil holds a degree in Human Physiology from Cardiff University.
