Diego Fernandez has a diverse and extensive work experience. Diego is currently the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RewardsWeb, where they lead the development of a technology platform that helps loyalty programs enhance brand loyalty. Prior to this, Diego co-founded PeopleFund Inc. in 2012 and served as a Director. In 2014, they founded Iguama, Inc, an e-commerce platform aimed at facilitating cross-border shopping for Latin American consumers. Diego also has experience as a franchisee for Mailboxes etc. in Guatemala, where they established and grew the franchise. Before entering the entrepreneurial world, they worked as an IT Manager for Grupo Solid (LAPCO) Latin America Paints Company and as a Sales Representative for Shell.
Diego Fernandez earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University. Diego attended the university from 1996 to 1999.
