David Liang

David Liang is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in network engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Network Analyst at Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd. since April 2019, David previously held the position of Sr Network Engineer at Carillion Canada Inc. from November 2010 to November 2018, where responsibilities included designing and implementing high-performance networks. Earlier in David's career, from September 1991 to January 2007, a role as Network Engineer/Project Manager at NEC (China) Co., Ltd. focused on enterprise network design and support. Academically, David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical and Micro-Electronics Engineering from Tianjin University of Technology, along with certifications in CCNA and CCNP from Tianjin University Cisco Network Academy, and a diploma in Japanese Language and Literature from Tianjin Foreign Studies University.
