Michelle Shaw Chrl

Michelle Shaw, CHRL, CHRP, and BCom graduate, currently serves as a Human Resources TA Partner at Rexall Pharmacy Group ULC since December 2022. Prior to this role, Michelle spent over six years at Ecolab as a National T.A. Specialist, where notable contributions included being a 2021 HR Leadership Excellence Award Nominee and supporting the launch of Workday Recruiting. Michelle's background also includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Sal Guzzo, LL.B. Professional Corporation, managing a staff of 25, and overseeing all aspects of HR operations. Additional experience encompasses various HR roles at Carecor Health Services, overseeing recruitment and employee relations, and earlier positions at Sport Chek and No Frills. Michelle's educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Commerce degree specializing in Human Resources from Ryerson University.
