Judy Eschman

Judy Eschman has extensive experience in various roles related to property management and leasing. Judy started their career as a Paralegal at Dale Poe Real Estate Group, where they handled legal documents and coordinated client communication. Later, they worked as a Marketing/Property Manager at Agoura Business Center, managing and leasing a large portfolio of industrial and office commercial properties. Judy then joined Coldwell Banker Real Estate as a Realtor Associate. After that, they worked at Countrywide Home Loans as a Lease Negotiator and Help Desk Manager, where they interpreted leases, managed repair processes, and reviewed vendor contracts. Judy then joined Rexford Industrial as a Property Manager, overseeing property operations. Judy later took on the role of Director of Portfolio Management at the same company. Judy also worked as a Regional Leasing Manager at Public Storage, where they were responsible for overseeing the leasing process and managing a support team.

Judy Eschman received a certification in Paralegal studies from Loyola Marymount University from 1998 to 2000. Judy also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Phoenix in 2008.
