Currently serving at Rexus Group and Excis Compliance since November 2021, Wallace focuses on diagnosing and resolving server and network device issues, while also overseeing the installation of security systems at STEALTH SECURITY. Previous experience includes a role as a Field Service Technician at Chester Group from April 2013 to May 2020, where responsibilities included troubleshooting network systems and providing desktop support. Wallace holds a Diploma in IT Engineering and has achieved MCSA certification between 2015 and 2019.
