Ryan Tate has a diverse and extensive work experience in the beverage industry. Ryan started their career in 2001 as an Account Manager at Coca-Cola Enterprises. Ryan then joined The Coca-Cola Company in 2005, where they held various positions including District Sales Manager, Sales Manager, and Director of Sales. During their time at The Coca-Cola Company, they led a team of over 100 sales professionals and achieved significant market share growth.

In 2016, Ryan joined Reyes Holdings as Vice President of Business Transformation, where they led the acquisition and integration of multiple Coca-Cola distribution businesses. Ryan later moved to Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in 2017, where they held roles such as Vice President Sales, Foodservice & On-Premise, Vice President - Business Optimization, and Vice President Sales Operations. During their time at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, they achieved notable accomplishments such as the implementation of digitization strategies and improvements in revenue and profit growth metrics.

Currently, Ryan works at Reyes Beverage Group as Vice President of Route to Market and National Account Strategy, where they are responsible for developing and leading transformational capabilities for customer-facing activities. Ryan'sfocus areas include route to market strategy development, growth channels supplier development, and creation of a spirits revenue growth management team.
