Jessica began their career at DTE Energy in 2007 as a Financial Analyst (Co-Op), where they were responsible for preparing monthly reports, forecasts, and strategic planning.
In 2012, they joined The Coca-Cola Company as an Administrative Assistant - Payroll. Their primary role was to process and review payroll for non-union/union hourly associates, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
At Detroit Production, they served as a Management Systems Manager from 2014 to 2017, maintaining an effective management system that met ISO, OSHAS, and GFFS requirements. Jessica also acted as a consultant and resource for technical personnel within the company.
Since 2020, Jessica has been working at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, initially as an Interim Plant Director and then as a Plant Director. In these roles, they oversee all aspects of the production facility, personnel, safety, compliance, production, quality assurance, and warehouse management. Jessica also coaches department leaders, builds and maintains a culture accountable to goals and objectives, and ensures regulatory compliance.

Jessica Williams, LSSGB, attended Baker College of Allen Park from 2004 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, Accounting. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, including CPR AED from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in January 2017, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Lawrence Technological University in 2016, and Preventative Controls Qualified Individual from International Haccp Certification Ltd. in 2016, among others.
