Marty Slevin has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Marty currently holds the position of Vice President, Human Resources - Supply Chain / Manufacturing at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, where they are responsible for building the HR function for a new operating company acquired from Coca-Cola Refreshments. Prior to this role, Marty served as Director of Human Resources at Great Lakes Coca-Cola and Director of Talent Acquisition & Human Resources at Reyes Holdings. Marty also has experience in talent management, having worked as the Director of Talent Management at Waste Management and as the Corporate Manager of Talent Acquisition at Walgreens. In addition, they have experience as a Technical Recruiter and Account Manager at Technisource, where they sourced and placed IT professionals on contract assignments for large national firms.
Marty Slevin received a Master's degree in Management & Leadership from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from 2023 to 2025. Prior to that, Marty obtained a degree in Business from Robert Morris University - Illinois. Marty also holds certifications from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School's Talent Management Institute and Viterbo University's Executive Leadership & Education Forum. Additionally, Marty is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through SHRM.
