Prior to this, they held various roles at Tata Consultancy Services, including Deputy Head of Testing for Tata Digital & Tata Neu app. With a background in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians, Amrit has extensive experience in client management, business analysis, and presales/project management. Their expertise includes creating user journey process workflows, test strategy and plan design, as well as delivery of digital EdTech products and non-EdTech products. Amrit has a strong track record of weekly governance meetings with key stakeholders and CEOs, demonstrating their ability to lead multiple product QA teams effectively.
