Shannon Bryant is a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance Manager at RF-SMART, responsible for leading a hybrid team of manual testers and automation engineers, focusing on continuous improvement in quality standards and testing tools since March 2020. Previously, Shannon held roles at Andromeda Systems Incorporated, including QA Testing Manager and QA Team Lead, and excelled as a Software Automation Developer at EverBank, where responsibilities included software development and operational process management. Shannon began a career in IT and support roles at Daisy Adams Center Inc while completing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from Troy University Dothan.
