Tommy Noonan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development and solution architecture. Since July 2002, Tommy has served as a Senior Solution Architect at RFD & Associates, demonstrating expertise in designing and implementing innovative solutions. Prior to this role, Tommy worked as a Contract Developer for the Texas Workforce Commission from 2002 to 2003 and as a Consultant at The Elite Group, Inc from 1998 to 1999. Tommy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Computer Information Systems from Texas State University, earned between 1989 and 1993.
