Heather Parker

Heather Parker is a dedicated human resources professional with a robust background in people management and advisory roles. Currently serving as a People Specialist at Booths Supermarket since September 2024 and as a Group People Advisor at R&G Fluid Power Group Ltd since June 2023, Heather also held positions including People Coordinator and Human Resources Assistant at Morrisons from November 2021 to June 2023. Heather began a career in education as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) at Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council. With a Bachelor of Arts in General Primary Education from St. Martin's College and an HNC in Business and Finance from Blackburn College, Heather combines educational expertise with a strong foundation in business management.
