Bill Willers

Bill Willers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT program management and business solutions. Currently serving as a Business Solution Architect and IT Program Manager at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since April 2015, Bill is responsible for overseeing custom software implementations and client production support. Prior roles include IT Portfolio Manager at Express Scripts, where client-facing software implementations were managed, and Sr. Manager of Operations and Infrastructure at Sherpa Analytics LLC, reporting directly to the CTO. Bill has also held positions at Thomson Reuters as Technical Director for Program Management, and as Product Manager at Elsevier. Additionally, Bill served as Adjunct Faculty at St. Louis Community College. Bill holds a BA and MA in Economics from Drake University and the University of Missouri-Columbia, respectively, along with an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School.
