Bob Lynch

Bob Lynch is an experienced executive specializing in benefits and compensation, currently serving as Executive Director of U.S. & LatAm Benefits at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since June 2020. Prior to this role, Bob held the position of Vice President of Benefits at Loews Hotels, where responsibility included developing comprehensive benefit strategies. Bob’s extensive background also includes serving as Vice President of Total Rewards & Wellness at Amtrak, where oversight of all compensation and benefit programs was key.
