Jon Schaeffer

Jon Schaeffer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the reinsurance and financial sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives & Private Capital at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since June 2012, Jon has held numerous roles within the organization, including Vice President of Corporate Development, Executive Director of Acquisitions, Director, Senior Analyst, and Analyst in Global Acquisitions. Prior to this, Jon worked as a Project Manager at Endev in early 2010 and as a Business Consultant at Eze Castle Software from April 2008 to October 2009. Jon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Modern European History from Brown University and a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School.
