Paul Douglass

Paul Douglass, MAI, currently serves as Vice President of Equity Real Estate Investments at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, a position held since May 2015, with prior roles including Assistant Manager and Senior Analyst within the same department. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Valuation Consultant at CBIZ, where Paul provided valuation and consulting services for real property tied to estate planning and financial reporting, and working as a Valuation Consultant at Lauer Appraisal Company. Earlier in the career, Paul held the position of Associate Appraiser and was involved in commercial real estate development at TB Realty and Development. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with an Emphasis in Real Estate from Missouri State University.
