Ryan Fish is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business operations and IT strategy across various sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director of EMEA Business Operations Support at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since August 2016, Ryan specializes in managing the EMEA admin platform and providing strategic guidance to local offices and IT teams. Prior roles include Director of Business Architecture at Reinsurance Group of America and Vice President of Application Development and IT Strategy & Planning at Citi, where Ryan demonstrated expertise in project management, operational metrics, and software development. With a solid foundation in actuarial science and computer science from the University of Johannesburg, Ryan has successfully led impactful projects in multiple international environments.
