Samantha Sheppard J.D. CIPP/US/E, CIPM, AIGP serves as Vice President - Regulatory and Compliance Counsel at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since January 2014, where previous roles include Managing Counsel, Senior Counsel, and Reinsurance Counsel. Prior to this, Samantha held a position as Temporary Contracts Manager at the United States Soy Bean Export Council, negotiating and drafting contracts for international marketing projects related to soy. Samantha’s experience also includes working as a Public Law and Finance Attorney at Armstrong Teasdale LLP, focusing on municipal securities offerings and public finance transactions, and conducting research at the University of Iowa College of Law as a Research Assistant. Education credentials include a J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law and a B.A. in Legal Studies from Chapman University.
