Sarah Conners

Sarah Conners, MBA, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in actuarial solutions and business development. Currently serving as Executive Director at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since August 2019, Sarah has held roles such as Global Health & Wellness Business Partner and Technical Product Owner. Prior to this, Sarah spent over a decade with Daugherty Business Solutions, progressing from Consultant to Director, where responsibilities included managing client partnerships, leading teams in Agile projects, and driving business development initiatives. Sarah holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Saint Louis University.
