Shaun Williams

Shaun Williams is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and systems support. As a Lead Software Engineer at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since November 2016, Shaun leads a team in the development and support of an AWS SaaS platform utilizing a serverless architecture, while also overseeing project management and team performance. Prior roles include Senior Systems Engineer at Reinsurance Group of America, where Shaun focused on the development and support of the FAC Console® software, and Senior Pre-Sales Engineer at BusComm Inc, providing critical support to the sales team. Earlier experience includes a position as Level 2 IT Analyst at Boeing and managerial responsibilities at Best Buy. Shaun holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming from Vatterott College.
