Tim Rozar

Tim Rozar serves as the Chief Innovation and Content Officer at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, where responsibilities encompass enterprise strategy, innovation, research and development, global marketing and communications, thought leadership, knowledge management, biometric research, experience analysis, and artificial intelligence. Previous roles include Chief of Staff to the CEO, Chief Executive Officer of RGAX, and Senior Vice President of Global Research and Data Analytics. Tim's career in the actuarial field began at MetLife and includes experience at Nationwide as an actuarial intern. Tim is currently the President and Chair of the Society of Actuaries. Academic qualifications include a B.S. in Actuarial Science from Maryville University of Saint Louis and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School.
