Taylor Stockton, P.E. is a seasoned Project Manager at RH2 Engineering, specializing in water industry design and resilience projects, including transmission mains, reservoirs, and pump stations. With extensive experience as a part-time consultant for PURALYTICS, Taylor contributed to the development of advanced water purification technologies, significantly improving both performance and cost-effectiveness through innovative engineering solutions and intellectual property management. Previous roles include significant contributions at Black & Veatch, where Taylor led a multidisciplinary team and managed complex civil and mechanical design projects, in addition to work as a manufacturing engineering intern at Boeing and Leupold & Stevens, Inc. Taylor earned a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and Science from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Oregon Institute of Technology.
