Brent Fisher is a Senior Linux Systems Engineer with extensive experience in UNIX and Linux system administration, spanning various roles at top companies. Currently employed at Rhapsody (formerly Lyniate) since March 2022, Brent has previously held senior positions at NextGate and IBM, where significant work involved Exadata hardware configuration and hardware monitoring for HP systems. Additional experience includes contracting roles at the University of Michigan Medical Center, Johnson & Johnson, and maintaining a large server environment for Ford Motor Company. Brent's technical skills were further developed during earlier positions at ADP, Tek Systems, and Hewlett Packard. Brent holds a Bachelor's degree in Astrophysics from the University of Michigan and two Associate degrees in Computer Systems Security and Liberal Arts.
