Ben Clark is an experienced engineering professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech. Currently serving as Project Engineer III at Rheem Manufacturing since June 2021, Ben focuses on new product development in commercial HVAC. Prior experience includes a role as Modeling and Simulation Engineer at Ingersoll Rand from July 2014 to November 2019, where Ben led a cross-functional team in developing Individual Thermal Comfort solutions, resulting in a patent that significantly reduced HVAC energy consumption. Additionally, Ben held the position of Project Leader in the Accelerated Development Program at Ingersoll Rand, driving material productivity projects that contributed over $250K annually to Trane’s revenue. Ben also served as Chairman of the Student Engineers' Council at Virginia Tech, overseeing a major student-run career fair.
