Jared Crittenden

Jared Crittenden is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in corporate law and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as Corporate Counsel - Compliance at Rheem Manufacturing since August 2022, Jared's previous roles include Assistant Regulatory Counsel at Movement Mortgage and Compliance Consultant at Wells Fargo, where responsibilities encompassed governance, oversight, and testing of compliance controls. Prior to this, Jared held the position of Assistant Vice President and Volcker Compliance Officer at State Street, overseeing compliance programs and collaborating with senior stakeholders on regulatory requirements. Jared's earlier experience also includes roles at Thomson Reuters and the Suffolk University Investor Advocacy Clinic, where legal advocacy for small investors was performed. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor’s degree from Colby College.
