Mahfooz Mian is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in reliability engineering and operations management. Currently serving as the Sr. Global Manager of Reliability Engineering and NLEC Operations at Rheem Manufacturing since August 2018, Mahfooz oversees the Rheem Nuevo Laredo Engineering Center (NLEC) operations and manages global reliability engineering and engineering data analytics teams. Prior to this role, Mahfooz held multiple positions at Ford Motor Company from December 1998 to July 2018, culminating as the Global Reliability & Analytics Technical Specialist/Manager. Mahfooz holds a Master’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering with a focus on Quality & Reliability from Wayne State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology in Lahore.
