Nicholas D. has extensive experience in HR technology, mergers and acquisitions, and global projects, currently serving as Senior Director at Rheem Manufacturing since June 2022. In this role, Nicholas directs the HR Technology organization and provides strategic guidance to the Leadership team. Prior to Rheem, Nicholas held various senior positions at NCR Corporation for 25 years, where responsibilities included directing HR due diligence and integration for M&A activities globally, managing HR shared services, and overseeing the deployment of HR technology solutions. Additional earlier roles in customer service and management, including time at The Disney Store and various restaurants, augment a well-rounded professional background. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food and Nutrition with a focus on Hospitality Administration from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
