Paul McKim has over three decades of engineering management experience, currently serving as the Manager of Engineering in the Research and Development department of the Air Conditioner Division at Rheem Manufacturing since September 1989. In this role, Paul supervises a team of nine engineers and technical staff across locations in Fort Smith and Nuevo Laredo, focusing on sustaining engineering, cost improvements, and field quality enhancements for residential split systems. Prior to this, Paul held positions at AMP Incorporated and Atlas Powder Company, where responsibilities included cost reduction initiatives, project coordination, and conducting studies to ensure machine efficiency and safety. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas, completed in 1985.
