Peter Cawley has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Peter started their career in 1981 as a Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Imperial College London. Throughout their time at the college, they held the position of Engineering Associate Dean for Enterprise. In 1999, they became a Director at Integration Diagnostics UK, a company focused on commercializing a dental implant stability test developed at Imperial College. In 2009, they joined PERMASENSE LIMITED as a Director until 2016. In 2016, they became a Director at RHEON LABS and in 2019, they took on the role of Chairman at Cognition Energy Ltd.
Peter Cawley obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol, where they studied from 1972 to 1975. Following this, they pursued their Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering at the same university, completing their studies from 1975 to 1979.
