Mac Dunlop has extensive experience in customer service and event coordination, currently serving as Customer Service Manager at Rhino Entertainment since May 2001. Previous roles include Supervisor/Bookseller at Barnes & Noble from November 1997 to May 2000, where responsibilities included shift supervision and event coordination. Prior to that, Mac worked at Tower Records as a Clerk from May 1995 to November 1997, focusing on customer service and inventory management. Mac's career began at Universal Studios as a Studio Tour Guide from August 1992 to November 1993, engaging with audiences and managing VIP relations. Mac holds a degree from Boston University.
